Here's how to do it:
Install HiddenSetting7 from cydia
Go to Settings from nccettings
Scroll down to Icon Adaptive Colors
Turn off Blur Folder Icon
Change Color Alpha and White Alpha to 0.00
Done
Note: If your folder icon isn't clear, repsrping your device
