It not only includes the springboard icon, but also the spotlight icons, JellyLock icons, and as many other size options as possible. It is the theme I have on my own iPhone, and I want everything to be themed to match. So keep your eyes open for additional packages that theme other aspects of the UI (which of course will be free to those who have purchased the theme).
